These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Carneys Full-Service Movers website at carneysmovers.com and our SMS messaging program. By using our services or opting into our messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

About Carneys Full-Service Movers

Carneys Full-Service Movers is the brand of Phoenix Movers LLC, a locally owned and operated moving company in Sparks, Nevada. We provide residential and commercial moving services throughout the Reno and Sparks area, with long-distance moves available throughout Nevada and surrounding states. SMS Messaging Program

When you provide your phone number through our Free Estimate form or other channels and check the appropriate consent boxes, you may receive text messages from Carneys Full-Service Movers.

The program includes:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Quote follow-ups and responses to inquiries
  • Service updates and reminders
  • Occasional promotional messages, sent only to customers who provide separate, explicit consent for marketing

Opt-Out and Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to [SMS NUMBER]. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
